When an NDA is available
A mutual or one-way non-disclosure agreement can be arranged before confidential business information, datasets, credentials or unreleased project material are shared.
What it should cover
The agreement should identify confidential information, permitted use, exclusions, disclosure controls, duration, return or deletion obligations and applicable law.
Client-provided NDAs
DataVero can review a reasonable client-provided NDA. Terms that create unrelated obligations, unlimited liability or restrictions beyond the project may require discussion or legal review.
NDA does not replace scope
An NDA protects confidential information; it does not define deliverables, pricing, ownership, revisions or project timing. Those items remain part of the quotation or service agreement.
How to request one
Mention the NDA requirement in your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive files until the agreement is accepted by both parties.
