Refund / Revision Policy
This policy explains how revisions, cancellations, and refund requests are generally handled for DataVero projects.
1. Revisions
Revision terms should be agreed before the project begins. A revision usually means improving or correcting work within the original agreed scope.
2. What Counts as a Revision
- Minor layout changes in dashboards or reports.
- Correction of formulas, labels, visuals, or formatting.
- Adjustment of charts, filters, KPI cards, or summary views within the agreed scope.
3. Scope Changes
New dashboards, new datasets, new data sources, major redesigns, additional automation, or a different business question may be treated as extra work and may require a new quote.
4. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before work starts, refund options may be discussed based on payment method and administrative cost. If work has already started, charges may apply for completed time and deliverables.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on project stage, agreed scope, completed work, and reason for the request. Completed and approved work is generally not refundable.
6. Client Review Timeline
Clients are encouraged to review delivered files promptly and share clear feedback so revisions can be completed efficiently.
