How revisions, cancellations and refunds are handled.

Revisions

Included revision rounds are defined in the project scope. New functionality or major direction changes may require a revised estimate.

Deposits reserve project capacity and cover initial discovery and production work. Refundability depends on work completed and the signed agreement.

If a project is cancelled, completed work, committed third-party costs and reserved time may be deducted from any refundable balance.
